18K Gold Skeletonized Triple Calendar Pocket Watch with Pocket Watch

Made circa 1980 by IWC, reference 5501, 56mm diameter. 18K gold openface pocket watch, skeletonized dial, four subsidiary dials show the moon-phase, dates, month (small seconds) and day indicators, with month and day displayed in German. Housed with Cal.9727, manual-winding, lever escapement, 31 jewels, a beautiful open-work design.  

Functions: hours, minutes, small seconds, dates, day, month and moonphase indicator.
