Produced by Patek Philippe circa 1958, 35mm, 18K yellow gold, with the 1st generation of Patek Philippe’s self-winding caliber 12-600AT, a legendary caliber that considered one of the best movements in the history of watchmaking. About 7,100 units of Cal. 12-400 AT movements were made between 1953 and 1960 when PP 27-460 was introduced.
